POLICIES

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your total service.

A valid credit or debit card is also required to hold your appointment.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to a one-time reschedule.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Late Policy

Running behind? Please reach out as soon as you can. To stay on schedule, arriving late may shorten your treatment time. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.
